I brought my Ford truck in for body work. Dominic and his guys took great care of me from the moment I first requested an estimate, every step was painless. Dominic kept me updated on the status of the repairs and got the body work done quickly. The paint job looks amazing, and the body work looks like I just pulled the truck off the lot. Hopefully I wont need body work done again but if I do it will certainly be done here!
This dealership was very helpful in my recent effort to secure a new tow vehicle for my 5th wheel trailer. I had several specifications that were important to my decision and Drew Laczynski helped me work through the options so I could make an informed decision. On making my choice of the three major truck brands available, Drew helped me get the aftermarket items that I needed both finding the correct materials and getting them installed. Steve Hutchinson in finance was also very helpful in selecting the proper protections for my vehicle and provided a wide range of finance options that I could select from. This was a very good experience and I can recommend this dealership's sales department.

This ranks up there with one of the worst car buying experiences I've ever had. The car is a stripped down model with the worst radio available. I feel like I've been taken every time I get in the car to drive. I am going to tell everybody I can about what I've been through. I called the Cadillac complaint line and was supposed to hear from someone on Monday 11/6/14 and still haven't heard from anyone. Mark Young never told me I would be getting a base model ATS as opposed to a mid level model. He even lied to me when I asked him where the CD player was located. He told me the ATS 's didn't come with CD players. What was done to me was not only deceitful, but what I consider fraudulent. The letter I have sent to the Cadillac complaint department details the terrible experience I have had with Suburban Cadillac. When I was looking at Cadillac's two years ago I remember the sales staff as being very helpful and knowledgeable. This hasn't been the case this time around.
